TECC PAINTING
CONTENT PROPOSAL
Over three months, we'll transition from hands-on project shoots with intensive training for the crew, to empowering them to independently capture high-quality content for social media. Initially, I'll be deeply involved in both capturing and creating diverse media content.
The plan gradually shifts towards reducing my presence, allowing the crew to take full responsibility for capturing content, while our team continues to handle all editing and refining of the footage. This strategy aims to foster autonomy in content capture among the crew, while maintaining high-quality production standards through our expert editing.
THE PLAN
MONTH ONE
We will have X4 shoots on X4 different projects.
I will capture all needed videos and high-quality photos on each shoot.
During each shoot, my focus will be on training the crew to enhance their skills in capturing high-quality footage. The goal is to empower them to independently manage this aspect of the project.
After the footage is captured, we will edit all videos and photos.

MONTH TWO
We will still have X4 shoots on X4 different projects where I will capture both video and photos.
While I continue to capture essential footage on projects, I'll start to step back, allowing the crew to take the lead on capturing any final shots. This approach reduces my total time on set, fostering greater independence among the crew members and encouraging them to apply their training in a more autonomous context.
After the footage is captured, we will edit all videos and photos.

TOTAL COST: $900
MONTH THREE
By this stage, the crew will have fully taken over the content capture process. Our approach to professional photography will be adjusted to an on-demand model, focusing primarily on editing and refining the footage provided by the crew.
From this point on the pricing will switch to a monthly total of $500.

We will help with the editing of the service and values videos, transforming the footage captured by Nick into polished, completed products.
